How fractional ownership works

Updated 04 Oct 2026

A property is split into equal units. If a shop is worth PKR 1.03 crore and each unit is PKR 1,000, it has 10,300 units.

Your share = your units / total units. With 250 units you hold 250 / 10,300 = 2.4272%. Shares are worked out to four decimals, and the shares of all investors always add up to exactly 100%.

Whole units only. If your payment does not divide exactly into units, you receive the whole units and the remainder goes back to your wallet. Nothing is rounded up in anyone's favour.
