We hold other people’s money to the standards of a regulated fund: segregated accounts, append-only books and two sets of eyes on every payout.
Who we are
WIZ FinTech lets many investors jointly own income-generating property, from a single unit upwards. Each property is held through its own legal entity with its own bank account and its own ledger, so every investor’s units, payments and payouts can be traced end to end.
We built the platform around the controls a fund would use: capital recognised only against settled bank transactions, ownership recorded in whole units, and every distribution approved by two people.
What we believe
- Other people’s money deserves append-only books.
- Ownership should be measured in units, not promises.
- Every rupee in must be matched to a bank transaction.
- Payouts need two pairs of eyes.

Regulatory structure
Each property gets its own designated bank account and its own ledger — capital is never commingled between properties. The legal-entity model for how investors formally hold their stake is still being finalised with counsel; the ledger is deliberately built structure-neutral so it isn't locked into one outcome ahead of that decision.
