Verify your identity (KYC)

Identity verification protects you and every other investor. Go to Account > Verification and:

1. Fill in your personal details.
2. Upload the documents asked for: your CNIC (front and back) or passport, a selfie, and proof of address.
3. Submit.

A member of the team reviews it. You are told by email when it is approved, or what to fix if it is not. Your uploaded files are kept even if the form shows an error, so you do not need to upload them again.

You cannot invest or withdraw until your verification is approved.
