What do the status labels mean?

- Available: units can still be bought.
- On hold: every unit is reserved while payments are matched.
- Fully invested: all units are taken.
- Funding closed: the raise is complete and the property is running (for a let property, earning rent).
- Being sold: a sale is in progress.
- Sold: the property has been sold and the proceeds paid out.
- Coming soon: announced, not yet open. You cannot invest in these yet.
