What do "Rented" and "Not rented yet" mean?

Updated 04 Oct 2026
  • Rented means the property has a tenant and a lease start date on record. The monthly rent is shown.
  • Not rented yet means no tenant is recorded. Any rent shown is only a target.

The tenant's name is not shown publicly. Rent is paid to unit holders after expenses, fees and tax, in proportion to their units.
