Choosing a property

On every property page look at:

1. The scheme: Rent n Grow, Build n Sell or Buy n Sell.
2. Value and units: what the property is worth and how many units it has.
3. Rent and tenant if it is let, including the lease start date. A tag shows whether it is Rented or Not rented yet.
4. Funding progress and the closing date.
5. Documents, ledger and costs (unlocked when you register).
6. Fees and risks.

Yields and prices are targets. Take your time; there is no pressure to invest quickly.
