How to withdraw money

1. Make sure your identity verification is approved and your bank account details are saved.
2. Go to Wallet and request a withdrawal.
3. The amount is held from your balance straight away and shows as Requested.
4. The finance team reviews it. When approved it shows Approved and the money is paid to your bank account. If it is rejected, the amount goes back to your wallet.

There is a minimum per request: 20% of your balance or PKR 25,000, whichever is higher. If your whole balance is below that, you can withdraw all of it.
