What fees do I pay?

Fees depend on the property and are shown on its page and on the fees page. They can include:

• Entry fee: charged when you buy units, on top of the amount invested.
• Management fee: a small percentage for running the property, taken from income.
• Performance fee: a share of profit above a hurdle, on properties that have one.
• Exit fee: charged on a sale.

Withholding tax is separate and set by law.
