Each property gets its own designated bank account and its own ledger — capital is never commingled between properties. The legal-entity model for how investors formally hold their stake is still being finalised with counsel; the ledger is deliberately built structure-neutral so it isn't locked into one outcome ahead of that decision.
Risk warning. Investing in real estate involves risk, including loss of capital and illiquidity. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. In profit-and-loss sharing properties returns depend on actual income and sale proceeds; projections are illustrative and not guaranteed.
